Former Yankees pitcher Kucks dies (Yahoo Sports)

** ADVANCE FOR WEEKEND EDITIONS, SEPT. 20-21 ** FILE ** In this Oct. 8, 1956 file photo, catcher Yogi Berra (8) jumps into the arms of pitcher Don Larsen while other Yankee teammates stream onto the field after Larsen pitched the first perfect game in World Series history, defeating the Dodgers 2-0 at New York's Yankee Stadium. So much of baseball's history has occurred on this five-sided patch of land near the Harlem River: Of the 601 World Series games, 100 have been played here. Eleven no-hitters have been pitched here, including three perfect games. (AP Photo/File)
